Our original recipe for fruity and spicy hibiscus flowers to prepare your favorite summer drink! A cold tea, a non-alcoholic aperitif and a drink for children that will enchant you!
Ingredients (for 1 LITER and a HALF):
- 4 tablespoons of our SPICY BISSAP INFUSION* (Karkade Infusion)
- 5 liters of water
- Sugar
Preparation:
Let macerate 4 tablespoons of SPICY BISSAP in a liter of cold water overnight, filter and add half a liter of water to the fruits and flowers that have been marinated all night. Then heat to a boil and strain on the first cold infusion. Sweeten to your liking and serve on ice cubes. Decorate with a thin green branch or a slice of lemon.
